A bit about me...
Over the past 25 years I’ve worked with some of the biggest brands in retail having the customer at the core of
everything I’ve achieved. I’m a passionate leader with a proven track record within customer service and business
management. I’m committed to making sure our Landlords, Investors and tenants receive the best possible advice to
maximise their investments, whether you’re a portfolio landlord or a landlord with a single property, I am here to guide
you through all the aspects of letting and the rental industry.
Out of work...
Family time is precious for me however being passionate about all things property, when I do get some free time I love
to renovate houses and work on my own Lettings portfolio.
BEATA RYCHLIK Lettings Expert
A bit about me...
I have worked in the customer service sector for the past 20 years following my graduation from the school of
economics in Poland. My background in customer service has helped me to gain the people and communication skills
I needed to be successful in the fast paced world of lettings. I have worked in the letting industry for the last 6 years
specialising in managing HMO’s as well as single occupancy lets. I speak fluent Polish and English which has proven
invaluable with our ever changing customer demographic.
Out of Work...
I enjoy a quiet life out of work, reading books and going out to the theatre in my spare time. I love to plan holidays
abroad, especially visits to see my friends and family in Poland. My partner and I don’t like shopping! We much prefer
to explore new places and get out for some fresh air!
HELEN THOMAS Lettings Expert
A bit about me...
I have 30+ years in Management and Customer Service. I absolutely love working in Property which probably comes
from my love of Monopoly having an original game that was called Finance from the 1930’s. I have a strong work ethos
and in life like to treat everyone the same as I want to be treated.
Out of Work...
I am crazy about tanks and love the Tiger 131. Closely followed by the P51 Mustang. I have learnt to drive a tank and if
ever I won the lottery, I would buy a Chieftain tank. I am an artist and love painting in oils and acrylics. A mother of three
children all grown up and living my best life enjoying football and Ice hockey.
DEBRA HUNT Maintenance Co-ordinator
A bit about me...
Having worked in an administration role for 10 years for the UK’s biggest independent garage company, I decided it
was time for a career change. I have always enjoyed meeting people, whether face to face or over the telephone and
working within the lettings team gives me the opportunity to meet some fabulous clients. My role within Bartrop and
Dilks is varied and I love that no day is the same, I am predominantly there to support the lettings team with all aspects
of administration and make sure our landlords legal responsibilities are kept in order.
Out of Work...
I have 3 wonderful children Katie, Oliver and Megan together with two absolutely beautiful grandchildren Arabella and
Rocco. We spend a lot of time together as a family whether at home or on days out.
JOANNE SISSONS Inventory Clerk
A bit about me...
With a background in property maintenance for a large corporate company, I spent 25 years taking on various roles, including
working in Health & Safety and Risk. This experience has given me a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and
a deep understanding of property management. My passion for helping people find their perfect homes led me to make the
exciting transition into lettings, where I now combine my expertise with a customer-focused approach. My role also involves
carrying out property inventories, where my attention to detail and knowledge of safety and compliance prove invaluable.
Out of Work...
When I’m not working, I cherish spending time with my wonderful husband and son, as well as our much-loved pets—a
cheeky sausage dog and a lively parrot—who are truly like my babies! Family and friends are incredibly important to me,
and I love socialising, whether it’s enjoying a cozy night in, dining out, or making memories on days out together. I believe in
making the most of every moment, surrounding myself with laughter, good company, and plenty of fun.
TRACY GROGUT Accountant ACMA CGMA
A bit about me...
As a fully qualified CIMA accountant, having previously worked for a large global manufacturing company for many years,
I have extensive business knowledge and a wealth of experience in accounting and financial management. Specialising in
costing, commercial, management accounting and finance business partnering, I have covered a wide range of business
finance with the customer being the focus of core business decisions. Being a landlord myself, I also have detailed
knowledge of the lettings processes which means I can fully support our Lettings team to focus on the properties.
Out of Work...
I love spending time with my husband and two sons with most weekends spent watching my boys playing football. As
a family we also enjoy exploring on days out, bike rides, walking and travelling to different places. I also enjoy regular
HIIT workouts, participating in charity events (particularly the Colour Obstacle Dash raising money for Cancer Research),
socialising with friends and planning our next family holidays.
