NEIL BARTROP Company Director/Valuer

A bit about me...
I was born, raised and educated in Worksop. Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, I progressed up the ladder and
decided in 2008 to make the move and open my own Estate Agency. I have always been involved in all aspects of the business
from valuing properties to the creative marketing of the company and most importantly making sure great customer service is
offered at all times. We are now ranked Worksop’s Top Selling and Lettings agents and I am extremely proud of this achievement.
Out of Work...
I love spending any ‘free’ time with my wife Kelly and my three children, Caitlin, Evie and Scarlett. My three daughters make what
I do at work so important as I want them to be on the right road to success when they reach adulthood. When I do occasionally
get some of ‘me’ time I enjoy trying to play golf and enjoying mini breaks to world cities.

A bit about me...
Born and raised in Cornwall I moved to Worksop in 1999 where I worked for a well know corporate estate agent in Mansfield.
Having now worked for Bartrop and Dilks since 2016 I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience having been in the Estate
Agency industry for the past 28 years.
Out of Work...
Married to husband Simon for 15 years, our small family includes are two amazing daughters Neve and Grace, most of my spare
time is spent out and about on day trips, including walking our family dog Max. We love to go away on holiday to Sunny climates,
including Gran Canaria, and love nothing better than to kick back and relax with a cocktail or two.

KERRY FITZAKERLEY Sales Advisor

A bit about me...
I have been working in Estate Agency for over 7 years covering all aspects of the business from Lettings to more recently Sales.
I am extremely focused and pride myself on giving the best customer service possible. I live local which gives me an extensive
knowledge of the Worksop market which helps as I can give market trends/updates to all my clients.
Out of Work...
I love spending time with my partner Luke, close friends and family. I enjoy activity and exercise and I am passionate about football
which probably comes from being the only girl with 4 brothers!

EVIE WARD Trainee Estate Agent

A bit about me...
Being the newest member to the sales team and joining in January 2025, my job role is a Trainee Estate Agent. I have a
full induction in place to become fully trained and qualified over the next 12 months. I am already speaking to buyers and
sellers and in the near future will be conducting valuations and viewings. I have already proved my excellent customer
service skills by achieving my first house sale shortly after joining. I look forward to the journey I am on and my career
development with Bartrop and Dilks.
Out of work...
I’m someone who thrives in the outdoors, whether it’s hiking, enjoying the sun or just spending time with my family and
friends. I love being active and appreciate the calm that comes with being outside. I value balance, so when I am not working
you will find me out enjoying the sunshine. Being outdoorsy gives me a good structure for a sense of positive, calm and laid-
back attitude.

A bit about me...
I have worked as an Advisor in Financial Services for 15 years, I have specialised in Mortgages since 2012 and have a
vast amount of knowledge across the whole market. I am passionate about securing the best suited Mortgage for each
person.
Out of work...
I like to play an occasional round of golf, enjoy running and spending time with my family.

LEE BARTROP Lettings Director MARLA

A bit about me...
With many years’ experience managing both residential and commercial units, I have recently continued my career in
the property industry by becoming heavily involved in land acquisition and development. This calls on my experience
and ARLA qualification to ensure transactions are completed both quickly and efficiently.
Out of work...
When not out enjoying family walks with our dog Tilly, I am also continuing to learn Spanish. A Bartrop and Dilks office
in Marbella is a dream that one day, might just come true.
