Credit Controller/Accounts Administrator

An established business providing over 30 years of media service, primarily to the legal and estates sector are seeking a Credit Controller/Accounts Administrator to join our team.

You will need to have experience of working within a Credit Control position and be able to demonstrate the ability to build good working relationships with customers. We are looking for a hands-on, self-motivated individual who can participate fully as a member of the small Accounts department.

Flexible hours may be considered subject to prior approval to work within our daily requirements.


Positive and proactive attitude

Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative

Confident communicator with a polite and friendly manner

Able to work well within a busy environment

The recording and collection of monies due. Including telephoning, raising letters and sending out statements as required

Dealing with enquiries raised by debtors. Recording details and follow up as required

Computer literate – Excel, Word & Emailing

Experience of Sage advantageous but not essential

Managing stationery and ordering of office sundries

General administration as required for the position


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Salary: Generous and negotiable.

Field Sales Executive

Having worked harmoniously within the legal sector for over 30 years, we now also service clients from the Accountancy, Financial Services and Estate Agency arenas.

We currently have vacancies for sales executives to join our very able sales team.

The candidate would need to converse at director and partner level and have the ability to adapt to working within our clients own office environments.

We produce very high quality documentation portfolios to assist our clients to cross sell and market their own services to a wide audience of potential and existing clients. We offer a full design, print and media solution without the extortionate price tag usually associated with such a service.

This is achieved by business partners and associates participating within the clients portfolio, creating a mutual marketing publication for the benefit of all.

Media sales experience is preferred but not essential, we are looking for a positive and enthusiastic attitude and effective communicator.

The rewards are high for individuals who can be bold and adaptable, and who welcome the challenge of an ever changing environment.

We offer a commission rate of up to 50%, car allowance, together with attractive bonuses, all paid weekly.

Our head office is in the North West, however we have vacancies nationwide.
