Estates and Law

About Us

Established in 1987, Estates and Law has spent nearly four decades producing bespoke, cost-free printed and interactive digital brochures for estate agents, solicitors and other professional firms throughout the UK. Every publication is individually created to reflect the client’s brand, services, expertise and local market.

Our business developed through its early work with the legal profession. A relationship with The Law Society of England and Wales led to a formal contract with the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors in 1997, giving Estates and Law a distinctive understanding of how professional firms communicate complex services clearly and build lasting relationships with their clients.

Today, we work with independent and franchised estate agents, law firms and other professional organisations across the country. Our experienced team manages every stage of the process, from initial consultation and publication planning through to design, artwork, print, delivery and the creation of an interactive digital edition.

Although our products and technology have evolved considerably since 1987, our purpose remains unchanged: to help professional businesses present their expertise, strengthen their brand and remain memorable to the clients and communities they serve.

A Specialist Publishing History Since 1987

OUR BUSINESS BEGAN IN THE LEGAL SECTOR AND HAS EVOLVED TO SUPPORT ESTATE AGENTS, SOLICITORS AND PROFESSIONAL FIRMS THROUGHOUT THE UK.

Estates and Law was established at a time when professional firms were beginning to explore new ways of explaining their services and presenting themselves to prospective clients. Our early work within the legal profession helped shape a publishing service based on clarity, credibility and professional presentation.

Over the following decades, our expertise expanded into the property sector. We now work with independent estate agents, franchised branches, national networks and law firms throughout the UK, while ensuring that every publication remains specific to the individual business and the local community it serves.

The way people access information has changed considerably since 1987. Printed brochures remain at the heart of our service, providing clients with something substantial and memorable to use during meetings, valuations and within their offices. Each publication is now also supported by an interactive digital edition that can be shared through websites, email, social media and online campaigns.

Responsible Print and Our Woodland Trust Commitment

Printed brochures remain an important and highly effective part of professional marketing, but we also recognise the responsibility that comes with producing printed materials.

Through the Carbon Capture programme operated by Premier Paper in partnership with the Woodland Trust, the carbon emissions associated with the production, storage and distribution of paper used for participating print runs are mitigated through contributions towards planting native woodland in the UK.

Carbon Capture certificates provide a measurable record of the carbon captured and the area of new native woodland supported through qualifying print production. We provide these certificates as part of our commitment to greater transparency and a more responsible approach to print.

Our interactive digital editions complement the printed brochure, extending the publication’s reach through email, websites and social media while helping clients make full use of the content we create for them.

A Managed Service from Start to Finish

Estates and Law is more than a brochure design and printing supplier. Our experienced team manages the publication from the initial conversation through to delivery and ongoing digital use. Each project brings together specialist support across:

• Initial consultation and publication planning
• Selection and liaison with suitable local businesses
• Bespoke design, artwork and client proofing
• Print management and quality control
• Delivery of the finished brochures
• Creation and hosting of the interactive digital edition

This coordinated approach means the client does not have to manage separate designers, printers, digital providers or production schedules. Every stage is handled by people who understand the publication, the client’s objectives and the standards expected of a professional business.

Many clients return to Estates and Law publication after publication. These long-term relationships are built on consistent quality, personal service and the confidence that their brand will be represented carefully and professionally.
